Returns

Since our products are all customary made to order, we do not accept any returns.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Missing orders

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.

To ensure we can assist you effectively, any missing or undelivered orders must be reported within 30 days from the expected delivery date. Claims made after this period may no longer be eligible for a replacement, reshipment, or refund, as shipping records and tracking information are only retained for a limited time by our logistics partners.

We are committed to resolving any delivery issues promptly, and we appreciate your cooperation in reaching out to us within this timeframe.

Replacements & Refunds

If your products arrive damaged or in an unexpected state, we offer replacements completely free of charge. Regarding refunds, we can issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. For either a replacement or refund, simply contact us by email and we will get you sorted. We require pictures that show why the product should be considered damaged and make your purchase eligible for a replacement or refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your pictures, and let you know if the replacement or refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically either have a new package sent to you, or receive a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
